Raise shall be excused from performance under these Terms of Use, and the Raise Cash Terms, to the extent it is delayed or prevented from performing, as a result of any event or series of events caused by: (i) weather conditions or elements of nature or acts of god, (ii) acts of war, terrorism, insurrection, riot, political unrest, (iii) labor strikes, (iv) embargoes, (v) error or disruption to computer hardware, networks or software failures or of third party providers or (vi) other causes beyond the reasonable control of Raise.
